ShopRite of Wyckoff, Wyckoff, NJ, is seeking an Online Shopping Clerk to manage customer orders from the ShopRite website. You will select items, pack totes, process payments, and assist customers at pickup or delivery, while maintaining brand standards.

The role requires strong English communication, basic math, ability to stand for long periods, and lifting up to 50 lbs. You will work within the Online Shopping department to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak English clearly and understand instructions.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and totals.
• Stamina to stand/walk for shifts of up to 8+ hours.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to work with various food products and manage allergen concerns.
• Tolerance to dust and cleaning chemicals.
• Ability to work in different temperatures.
• Friendly, helpful interaction with customers.

Responsibilities

• Identify products accurately from multiple departments.
• Select and organize Customer orders efficiently.
• Bag orders safely and prepare for pickup or delivery.
• Process payments (cash, card, EBT, checks, coupons).
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and assist customers.
• Adhere to QA and safety standards and company policies.
• Stand for long shifts and handle items up to 50 lbs.
• Provide friendly customer service and teamwork.
