Qualifications

• Masters degree preferred; Texas Real Estate Broker License strongly preferred.
• Professional experience in residential and/or commercial real estate; teaching or workforce development experience preferred.
• Ability to deliver online instruction using Blackboard and related online platforms.

• Develop syllabi, lesson plans, learning activities, and assessments aligned with program outcomes.
• Provide constructive feedback and academic support to students; stay current on real estate laws and industry trends.
