Responsibilities

• Prepare engaging instructional materials aligned with CTU curricula and outcomes.
• Provide instruction in assigned courses (including labs/work) per faculty expectations.
• Engage with students to encourage participation and learning with professionalism.
• Relate professional/industry experience to CTU's professional learning model and stay updated on trends.
• Maintain accessibility and timely responsiveness to students and CTU staff.
• Establish weekly office hours for student questions and support.
• Assess student performance and provide timely feedback for growth.
• Maintain documentation of student activities.
• Collaborate with CTU teams to identify and support students needing help.
• Participate in CTU academic governance and assessment processes.
