Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant online teaching experience preferred.
• Master's Degree in Psychology or subfield; or out of field graduate degree with 18+ graduate hours in field/subfield; or out of field graduate degree with 5+ years' documented professional experience in field/subfield.
• Preferred: Doctorate Degree in Psychology or subfield; 3+ years’ experience teaching adult, non-traditional and Veteran learners in higher education.

Responsibilities

• Prepare instructional materials aligned with CTU curricula and outcomes.
• Provide instruction in assigned courses (including labs/work) that align with CTU expectations.
• Engage with students to encourage participation and maintain professionalism.
• Relate professional experience to CTU's learning model and industry trends.
• Maintain weekly office hours and provide timely responsiveness to students and staff.
• Assess student performance and provide feedback to support growth.
• Maintain documentation of student course activities.
• Collaborate with advising, leadership, and staff to support students.
• Refer students to co-curricular resources and participate in governance and assessment.
• Complete required faculty training, policy training, and credential documentation.
