Job summary

Lasell University is seeking an innovative and experienced Program Director to lead the CAAHEP accredited certificate programs in Intraoperative Neurophysiological Monitoring (IONM) and Neurodiagnostic Technology (NDT). Responsibilities include providing academic leadership, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards, and improving online curricula.

The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with at least 3–5 years of clinical experience and 2 years of teaching experience. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience in neurodiagnostics or intraoperative monitoring.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in online formats.
• Strong familiarity with CAAHEP accreditation standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IONM and NDT certificate programs.
• Ensure compliance with CAAHEP accreditation standards.
• Advise and mentor students in an online environment.
