Job summary

Elevation Church is seeking an Online Production role to help carry out the weekend and event broadcasts. You will assist the Online Production Director with programming, rehearsals, and setup for online events, while leading and developing volunteers.

You will train volunteers on live production technologies, collaborate with the broadcast team to maintain gear, and coordinate scheduling for hosts and producers to ensure a smooth online experience across campuses.

Qualifications

• Active participation in a church lifestyle and volunteering are expected.
• Working knowledge of live production or broadcast environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly during live events.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for broadcast elements.

Responsibilities

• Assist the lead Online Production Director with programming, rehearsals, set-up, and execution of online production events.
• Lead, care for, and develop the online production volunteers.
• Train online production volunteers to use live production technologies effectively in worship experiences.
• Collaborate with the broadcast tech team to manage and maintain all gear for local and remote broadcasts.
• Assist with preparing all files, graphics, and videos for the weekend and event broadcasts.
• Oversee the process of scheduling online hosts, remote broadcast producers, and other roles needed for the online experience.
• Work closely with other Live Production Department members to identify and explore opportunities for greater impact.
• Assist with non-broadcast church and departmental events as needed.
