Job summary

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education or related discipline is required.
- Advanced degree in education/educational leadership is strongly preferred.
- Current valid Principal license is required.
Responsibilities
- Relentlessly work to meet goals related to student achievement and school culture.
- Facilitate the implementation of a standards-based curriculum.
- Review weekly lesson plans and conduct walk-throughs/teacher debriefs.
- Lead data-driven instructional efforts and monitor program effectiveness.
- Coordinate summer educational opportunities and before/after programs.
- Communicate the school's mission and engage parents and families.
