Northbridge University is seeking a Pharmacy Technician Program Manager (Online) to oversee the online pharmacy technician program, including teaching, curriculum alignment, student support, and assessment. You will drive KPIs for retention, graduation, and certification while coordinating with the Dean/Associate Dean of Academic Affairs.

You will supervise courses and externship activities, develop lesson plans, and ensure compliance with accreditation standards across online and blended

Qualifications

• Registered and in good standing with Department of Education.
• 3 years field work experience and 2 years teaching/training experience preferred.
• Subject matter expert for course development and program credentialed to teach.

Responsabilités

• Teach assigned courses in classroom, laboratory, blended or online settings.
• Support online programs and student retention to meet KPI targets.
• Develop daily lesson plans aligned with approved curriculum and course objectives.
• Provide student advising, tutoring and referrals as needed.
• Ensure program operations comply with accreditation and regulatory bodies.
• Monitor attendance and student learning outcomes and address attrition.
