Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires active Pharmacy Technician Certification Board licensure.
• Must be registered and in good standing with the Department of Education.
• Combination of work experience and credentials: preferably 3 years in the field and 2 years teaching or training.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME or Program Champion through course development with the Northbridge University course development team.
• Prepare, plan, and teach assigned courses on rotation to meet teaching load guidelines.
• Provide student support through advising, tutoring, and referrals as needed.
• Meet or exceed program outcomes, including retention, placement, certifications, and yearly goals.
• Monitor course-learning objectives and student learning outcomes using reports and assessments.
• Support student attendance and engagement to meet minimum benchmarks.
• Assist administration to achieve attrition, placement, and laddering goals.
