Campus is seeking experienced Paralegal Studies Instructors to deliver high-impact, online courses in an ABA-approved program. You will teach foundations of paralegal practice, ethical practice, and essential law courses to prepare practice-ready paralegals.

The role supports equity and access, teaches using AI tools, and fosters inclusive, engaging virtual classrooms. You will collaborate with teaching assistants, participate in program assessment, and stay current with legal tech trends.

Formación

• J.D. or master’s in legal studies or related field, or equivalent qualifications.
• At least 2 years of teaching experience at the college/university level.
• Professional legal experience in areas such as litigation, corporate, family, contracts, or compliance.
• Strong communication and classroom facilitation skills.
• Familiarity with LMS and video conferencing tools.

Responsabilidades

• Teach 11-week live, online courses using student-centered instructional strategies.
• Provide timely, constructive feedback and respond to student inquiries within 24 hours.
• Host weekly office hours to deepen student understanding and build community.
• Collaborate with Teaching Assistants who support grading and student check-ins; supervise grading and feedback.
• Evaluate student progress, maintain grade records, and submit evaluations.
• Attend required faculty meetings (twice yearly) on program goals and curriculum.
• Collaborate with peers and Campus staff to share best practices and improve instruction.
• Contribute to co-curricular programming to enrich student experience.
• Stay current on developments in legal practice and online teaching, including AI tools in the curriculum.
