Responsibilities

• Present enthusiastic, well prepared, organized lectures and interactive classroom activities.
• Be familiar with accrediting bodies and compliance as it pertains to the program.
• Implement and model the college mission and CARES philosophy with professional standards.
• Keep faculty and administration informed on program progress.
• Create and maintain an inviting classroom environment.
• Advise students on academics, behavior, attendance and grades.
• Assist in tutoring and student concerns as needed.
• Motivate students to participate in discussions, assignments, and research.
• Maintain and report student grades and attendance per policies.
• Maintain subject area expertise and suggest curriculum improvements.
