Qualifications

• Must hold an associate degree and document five years or 5,000 hours of current professional experience in the field.
• Experience teaching Agriculture Science at a community college or similar setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and teach assigned class(es) in accordance with course outlines and learning outcomes.
• Develop and submit a syllabus and calendar prior to start of class.
• Submit rosters and grade reports and maintain student records for one calendar year.
• Follow faculty conduct policies and respond to students professionally and promptly.
• Attend required meetings and participate in professional development activities.
• Complete required trainings and online readiness courses during the first semester of teaching.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
