Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit prospective MSN, DNP, Post-Graduate Certificate and PhD students.
• Manage prospective students through the full enrollment lifecycle from inquiry to matriculation.
• Conduct consultations via phone, email, text, and virtual meetings.
• Educate prospects on programs, admissions requirements, and curriculum pathways.
• Maintain CRM records and support enrollment yield initiatives.
• Collaborate with deans, program directors, admissions, and marketing.
• Monitor applicant progress and address barriers to enrollment.
