Touro University Montana invites applications for a full-time, open-rank nursing faculty position to join our new online/hybrid Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program in Great Falls, Montana. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to shape the foundation of a growing clinical and academic endeavor.

Faculty will teach across online, classroom, simulation, and clinical settings; mentor nursing students; and contribute to curriculum delivery, course administration, and program assessment

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Nursing (MN) required; earned Doctorate (PhD, DNP) preferred.
• Active, unencumbered RN license (or eligibility for licensure in Montana) is required.
• Educator with clinical and academic expertise in Nursing required.
• Educational experience in foundational nursing sciences or clinical instruction preferred.
• Previous nursing education experience, preferably with online or hybrid instruction.

Aufgaben

• Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing curriculum and instruction across online, classroom, simulation, and clinical settings.
• Fulfill the assigned teaching workload established by program leadership each semester.
• Prepare and submit a syllabus for each assigned course.
• Evaluate student performance and provide timely, constructive feedback on academic and clinical progress.
• Maintain an active and accessible presence within the hybrid learning environment and participate in required on-campus activities.
• Provide academic advising, mentoring, and guidance to support student learning, professional development, and progression through the program.
• Participate in activities that strengthen student engagement and interaction with faculty and the academic community.
• Maintain course materials, student evaluations, and other documentation required for program administration and assessment.
• Attend required faculty meetings, committee meetings, departmental functions, informational sessions, and institutional events.
• Participate actively in nursing programs and university committees.
• Collaborate with faculty, program leadership, and clinical partners to evaluate program outcomes and support continuous improvement.
• Demonstrate professional integrity and a commitment to professional nursing in interactions with students, colleagues, and clinical partners.
• Maintain clinical currency and engage in professional development, scholarly activity, conferences, seminars, and meetings relevant to nursing education.
