Touro University Montana invites applications for a full-time, open-rank faculty position in Nursing to join our new online/hybrid Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program in Great Falls, Montana.

This role focuses on teaching across online, classroom, simulation, and clinical settings, curriculum development, and mentorship for nursing students, with opportunities for collaborative research through the Weissman Hood Institute.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Nursing required; earned Doctorate (PhD, DNP) preferred.
Active, unencumbered RN licence (or eligibility for licensure in Montana) is required.
Educator with clinical and academic expertise in Nursing required.
Educational experience in foundational nursing sciences or clinical instruction preferred.
Previous nursing education experience, preferably with online or hybrid instruction.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing curriculum and instruction across online, classroom, simulation, and clinical settings.
Fulfill the assigned teaching workload established by programme leadership each semester.
Prepare and submit a syllabus for each assigned course.
Evaluate student performance and provide timely, constructive feedback on academic and clinical progress.
Maintain an active and accessible presence within the hybrid learning environment and participate in required on-campus activities.
Provide academic advising, mentoring, and guidance to support student learning, professional development, and progression through the programme.
Collaborate with faculty, programme leadership, and clinical partners to evaluate programme outcomes and support continuous improvement.
Demonstrate professional integrity and a commitment to professional nursing in interactions with students, colleagues, and clinical partners.
Maintain clinical currency and engage in professional development, scholarly activity, conferences, seminars, and meetings relevant to nursing education.
