Job summary

Unitek Learning seeks Adjunct Faculty to teach OB, Pediatrics, and Mental Health nursing online for pre-licensure and BSN/MSN programs across CA, ID, UT, NM, AZ, NV, and MI. Living outside California is required with CA license preferred or obtainable.

Qualifications include a Master’s in Nursing, CA BRN instructor eligibility, and online teaching experience using an LMS. Strong mentoring and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's in Nursing required; terminal degree preferred.
• CA BRN instructor approval or eligibility.
• CA RN license required or ability to obtain.
• Experience teaching online using a Learning Management System (LMS).
• Experience with pre-licensure nursing programs.

Responsibilities

• Instruct students using existing curriculum for assigned classes.
• Regularly evaluate students and provide timely feedback on progress.
• Maintain student records of attendance, grades, and program data.
• Deliver weekly recorded or synchronous online sessions (Zoom, Teams, WebEx).
• Participate in curriculum and evaluation committee and contribute to program quality.
