Unitek Learning is seeking Adjunct Faculty to join our team with specialties in OB, Peds, and Mental Health for online course facilitation across CA, ID, UT, NM, AZ, NV, MI.

Qualified candidates must be a Registered Nurse with current licensure (CA preferred or eligible to obtain CA licensure); outside of CA residency is required. The role involves delivering instruction via LMS, maintaining records, and engaging students through office hours and synchronous sessions.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license required; CA license preferred or able to obtain CA licensure.
• Master's Degree in Nursing required; terminal degree (DNP/EdD/PhD) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Instruct students using existing curriculum for assigned online classes.
• Review and revise syllabi and instructional guidelines.
• Evaluate student progress and communicate outcomes.
• Maintain student records of attendance and grades; assist with program data collection.
• Deliver course content via LMS and provide accessible communication (office hours, email, etc.).
• Participate in professional development to maintain licensure and stay current with college updates.
• Serve as SME for accreditation requirements/reporting; participate on curriculum and evaluation committees.
• Conduct weekly recorded synchronous sessions for distance learning; ensure exams are analyzed and reviewed.
