University of Phoenix seeks an Associate Faculty in Nursing to deliver undergraduate/graduate courses and mentor students. You will facilitate engaged, outcome-oriented class discussions and assessments, using current course materials and real-world applications.

The role requires a doctoral or doctoral-equivalent nursing credential, 5+ years NP/CNS experience with recent practice, and an Arizona RN license or equivalent.

Qualifications

• DNP/PhD in Nursing or MD/DO with women’s health practice experience.
• Active RN license in Arizona or multistate license.
• APRN certification and national family or women's health NP/CNM credentials.
• Minimum 5 years NP/CNS experience with at least 2 years in the last 5 years.

Responsabilités

• Deliver course content and assessments aligning with course outlines and learning objectives.
• Maintain an engaged, supportive learning environment and respond to student inquiries promptly.
• Coach, tutor, and arrange additional resources to support student progress and clinical experiences.
• Attend faculty meetings and university events; stay updated on course standards and policies.
• Instruct and support online courses; adapt to university technology and tool changes.
