Qualifications

• Master's degree in Music from a regionally accredited institution.
• At least 18 graduate hours in Music as part of a Master's program.
• Clear credentialing requirements for SACS.

Responsibilities

• Instructing assigned classes.
• Grading all quizzes, tests, and written assignments.
• Assigning final grades and delivering grades and grade justification sheets.
• Maintaining a safe and effective classroom environment.
• Responding to student inquiries regarding course content, grading, and other academic concerns.
• Collaborating with department colleagues as necessary.
• Completing other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education

Master's degree in Music from a regionally accredited institution

Preferred: Master of Fine Arts or Doctorate in Music from a regionally accredited institution
