Qualifications
- Must hold an MSW from a CSWE-accredited program.
- Seven years of progressively responsible experience in social work education or online program leadership.
- Experience with accreditation, assessment, curriculum coordination, and academic compliance.
- Experience supervising staff and coordinating faculty across multiple jurisdictions.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction for the online MSW program and enrollment growth.
- Coordinate curriculum, assessment, and accreditation readiness.
- Oversee online operations, technology, and student success initiatives.
- Collaborate with field education leaders and agency partners for distributed placements.
- Manage budgets, reporting, and resource planning for the program.
