Job description

High End Insurance Sales Agency looking for top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and independent.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:
  1. Agents who NEED to make money urgently and are desperate.

  2. Agents who CANNOT buy their own leads to generate sales.

  3. Agents who REQUIRE hand-holding at every step.

  4. Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-$70/month).

  5. Individuals who are not coachable or have a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:
  1. Competent agents who communicate effectively and speak well.

  2. Agents comfortable discussing high-premium products, with clients paying over $250/month.

  3. Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are NOT a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection.

All our business is conducted virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings across the US.

Average agents spend $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating $7,000 to $15,000 in premium sales.

We do NOT participate in lead assist programs. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources.

We are looking to expand our team of high-performing agents.
