High End Insurance Sales Agency Opportunity

We are seeking top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and capable of working independently without needing hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

1. Agents who are desperate to make money and need immediate income.

2. Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads to generate sales.

3. Agents who require guidance at every step and lack independence.

4. Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-70/month).

5. Agents who are uncoachable or have a large ego that hinders growth.

Who We ARE Looking For:

1. Competent agents with strong communication skills and professionalism.

2. Agents comfortable discussing high-premium policies; our average client pays over $250/month.

3. Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system without needing external motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers, specializing in high-ticket products such as indexed universal life (IUL), infinite banking concept (IBC), and fixed indexed annuities (FIA).

We are NOT a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection.

All our sales are conducted virtually via telephone or Zoom meetings across the US.

Our average agent invests $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads and generates between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium sales.

We do not participate in lead assist programs; instead, we offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources.

We are looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
