University of Tampa Inc is seeking an Instructional/Multimedia Developer to design, develop, and produce multimedia projects for online and on-campus courses. The role emphasizes online course materials, faculty development, and high-quality media production across various formats.

You will collaborate with faculty and instructional designers to plan media production, storyboard, and implement interactive learning experiences while applying accessibility best practices.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in motion graphics, multimedia design, visual communications or related field.
• At least two years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with accessibility and ADA/WCAG guidelines preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement instructional presentations, videos, animations, and graphics to support learning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop multimedia design and implementation strategies.
• Create compelling data visualizations to communicate information clearly.
• Improve video quality with visual effects, color correction, and enhancements.
• Write technical documentation to assist faculty and colleagues in media asset creation.
• Edit audio to reduce noise and refine content for presentations and podcasts.
• Translate project requirements into high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.
• Develop use cases and lead design efforts for new interactive learning products.
• Collaborate with faculty and instructional designers to implement media production plans.
