Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• ESSA Highly Qualified status: Pass Work Keys or Praxis, or 48 semester hours, or an associate's degree.
• Background check via fingerprint and clearance by HR.
• Effective English communication, written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Assist teacher in classroom and resource spaces by supervising and assisting students individually or in small groups.
• Read to students, support literacy and math activities, and reinforce material.
• Prepare educational materials and maintain classroom supplies.
• Participate in regular team meetings with teachers and support staff.
