Job summary

Woodbridge Group seeks a manufacturing assembler to support the production line, placing and inspecting components, following standardized work, and rotating tasks to meet customer orders. Role emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork on a fast-paced line.

Starting wage is $22.15–$23.80 per hour, with 15 paid holidays and benefits after a 90-day probation. Woodbridge promotes continuous improvement, 5S, and Kaizen as part of our manufacturing culture.

Qualifications

• Highschool graduate or equivalent.
• Must be able to stand on feet for 8 or more hours.
• Must have ability to use both hands for assembling product.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Must have good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Understand all requirements for Personal Protective Equipment, machine guarding, and other safety requirements; and comply with each applicable to position assigned.
• Complete manufacturing assembly utilizing standardized work, torque tools, pneumatic and other tools.
• Insert components into molds on a moving production line
• Remove, inspect, repair, and package product on a moving conveyor system
• Learn multiple jobs and rotate positions as scheduled
• Assist other manufacturing colleagues as needed to complete customer orders.
• Maintain work area to 5S standards for organization, housekeeping and inspection.
• Be actively involved with Continuous Improvement Program and participate in Kaizen events as scheduled.

Role Purpose:

Starting wage: Up to $22.15 to 23.80/hour
