Job summary
Stride, Inc. is seeking a part-time High School Math Teacher to deliver online course content and guide students using our virtual learning platform. The role requires a state teaching license, strong data-driven instruction, and ability to collaborate with teachers and coaches.
Hours are up to 25 per week, mostly remote, with occasional travel for development and testing. The position supports Stride’s mission to provide flexible, high-quality online education and may involve travel up to 20%
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required and valid state teaching license.
- Proven ability to work with data to drive instruction.
- Experience teaching online or in a virtual setting.
- Proficient with common MS Office tools and tech adoption.
- Strong collaboration with teachers and coaches.
Responsibilities
- Deliver course content in an online environment.
- Monitor student progress using Stride K12’s LMS.
- Support learning coaches/parents with instruction and troubleshooting.
- Adapt instruction to individual student needs.
- Travel up to 20% for face-to-face professional development and testing.
