Job summary

Kroger is seeking an Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk in Wisconsin to select and gather products for on-line orders with a focus on freshness and quality. The role includes assembling orders, processing coupons/payments, and loading orders into customers' cars at pick-up, while delivering strong customer service.

The position requires following bagging standards, communicating substitutions or issues to customers, and adhering to safety and store procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work without supervision.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Select and gather products for on-line orders in a timely, accurate manner with attention to freshness and quality.
• Assemble on-line orders, process coupons and payment.
• Deliver and load orders to customers' cars at pick-up.
• Scan, bag, and follow bagging standards while processing orders at POS when applicable.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick-up and maintain order accuracy.
