Job summary

Smith's Food & Drug Centers is seeking an in-store Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk to efficiently select, assemble, and load customer on-line orders for pickup. You will ensure freshness, follow bagging standards, and communicate substitutions while providing friendly service to ensure customers return for future online orders.

Responsibilities include processing coupons/payments, scanning/bagging on the go, and maintaining organization in staging areas with strong attention to accuracy and safety.

Qualifications

• Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk selects and gathers products for on-line orders with freshness and quality.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payment, and load orders to customers' cars at pickup.
• Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages return visits.

Responsibilities

• Select and gather products for customers' on-line orders efficiently.
• Initiate and complete the selection process for on-line orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payment, and load orders to customers' cars at pickup.
• Scan and bag orders, follow bagging standards, and communicate substitutions as needed.
