Job Description

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders to cars upon customer arrival for pickup. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Demonstrate core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

1. Select and gather products for online orders with attention to freshness and quality.
2. Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.
3. Assemble orders, process transactions, and load orders into customers' cars.
4. Scan and bag orders, following bagging standards.
5. Communicate substitutions or issues to customers at pickup.
6. Meet/exceed customer expectations regarding shopping experience.
7. Follow all safety, food safety, and legal guidelines.
8. Store products in appropriate temperature zones.
9. Follow specific instructions provided in notes.
10. Ensure quality and freshness of items.
11. Communicate professionally with customers via phone.
12. Ensure order accuracy and load orders into customers' vehicles.
13. Provide positive customer service experience.
14. Process orders through POS system.
15. Handle substitutions for out-of-stock items per policy.
16. Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas.
17. Report discrepancies and equipment issues.
18. Perform opening and closing procedures.
19. Assist in training new team members.
20. Meet productivity standards.
21. Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment.
22. Manage conflicts professionally.
23. Act with honesty and integrity regarding all information.
24. Follow directions and seek help as needed.
25. Support diverse customer needs, including minors, seniors, and individuals with disabilities.
