Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars for pickup. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently
• Ability to read shelf tags
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction)
• Excellent communication skills

Desired Previous Experience:

• Experience as a personal shopper, in a warehouse or production environment, stocking, or as a cashier

Essential Job Functions:

• Select and gather products efficiently for online orders, focusing on freshness and quality.
• Initiate and complete order selection, assemble orders, process payments, and load orders into customers' cars.
• Scan and bag orders following standards, communicate substitutions or issues, and ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
• Follow all safety, food safety, and legal guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat business.
• Report discrepancies, equipment issues, and perform opening/closing procedures.
• Assist in training new team members and meet productivity standards.
• Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment, manage conflicts professionally, and act with honesty and integrity.
• Support and assist customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
