Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver or load orders into customers' cars for pickup. Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

1. Responsible for selecting and gathering products for online orders with attention to freshness and quality.
2. Initiate and complete the selection process for customers' online orders.
3. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders for pickup.
4. Scan and bag orders following bagging standards.
5. Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers during pickup.
6. Meet/exceed customer expectations regarding shopping experience, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
7. Adhere to all relevant laws, safety procedures, and company guidelines.
8. Store and handle products in optimal temperature zones, ensuring quality and freshness.
9. Follow directions and notes for order accuracy.
10. Communicate professionally with customers via portable phones.
11. Ensure order accuracy and load orders into customers' cars.
12. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping.
13. Process orders through the POS system.
14. Follow policies for substitutions in out-of-stock situations.
15. Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
16. Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.
17. Perform opening and closing procedures.
18. Assist in training new team members.
19. Meet or exceed productivity standards.
20. Work cooperatively in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
