Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)
Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. In-Store Grocery Shoppers initiate and complete the selection process for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments, and loads orders into customers' cars. They also scan and bag orders following standards, communicate substitutions or issues, and ensure order accuracy and quality.
Responsibilities include following food safety procedures, storing products appropriately, and maintaining cleanliness. The role requires effective communication with customers, managing order discrepancies, and supporting new team members. It demands the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle conflicts professionally, and act with honesty and integrity.
Support and assist customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults. The position requires the ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
