Job Description

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for selecting and gathering products for online orders with attention to quality and efficiency.
2. Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.
3. Assemble orders, process transactions, and load orders into customers' vehicles.
4. Follow bagging standards and communicate any substitutions or issues to customers.
5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas.
6. Adhere to safety, legal, and company policies.
7. Ensure order accuracy and quality, and respond professionally to customer communications.
8. Perform opening and closing procedures and assist in training new team members.
9. Meet productivity standards and work effectively in a high-paced environment.
10. Manage conflicts professionally and act with honesty and integrity.
