Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars for pick-up. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Responsibilities

1. Responsible for selecting and gathering products for online orders with attention to quality and efficiency.
2. Initiate and complete the order selection process.
3. Assemble orders, process payments, and load orders into customers' cars.
4. Scan and bag items following standards.
5. Communicate substitutions or issues to customers during pick-up.
6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas.
7. Follow safety, legal, and company policies.
8. Ensure order accuracy and quality.
9. Use POS system to process orders.
10. Assist in training new team members.
11. Meet productivity standards and work well under pressure.
12. Manage conflicts professionally and act with integrity.
13. Support customers, including minors, seniors, and individuals with special needs.
