Job Description

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars for pickup. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Demonstrate Kroger's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

1. Efficiently select and gather products for online orders, maintaining quality and freshness.
2. Initiate and complete the order selection process.
3. Assemble orders, process payments, and deliver to customers' cars.
4. Scan and bag orders following standards.
5. Communicate substitutions or issues to customers at pickup.
6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas.
7. Follow safety and food handling guidelines.
8. Ensure order accuracy and quality.
9. Provide friendly and professional customer interactions.
10. Follow policies for substitutions and handle discrepancies.
11. Assist in training new team members.
12. Perform opening and closing procedures.
