Job Description

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, focusing on freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

1. Responsible for selecting and gathering products for online orders with attention to quality and efficiency.
2. Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.
3. Assemble orders, process payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars.
4. Scan and bag orders following standards.
5. Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick-up.
6. Meet/exceed customer expectations regarding shopping experience, freshness, and cleanliness.
7. Follow all applicable laws, safety procedures, and company policies.
8. Store products in appropriate temperature zones and ensure order accuracy.
9. Respond professionally to customer calls and inquiries.
10. Ensure quality and freshness of all items.
11. Load orders into customers' cars accurately.
12. Process orders through POS system.
13. Handle out-of-stock substitutions appropriately.
14. Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas.
15. Report discrepancies and equipment issues.
16. Perform opening and closing procedures.
17. Assist in training new team members.
18. Achieve productivity standards.
19. Work effectively in a high-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally.
20. Act with honesty and integrity regarding all information.
21. Follow directions and seek assistance when needed.
