Job description

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders to cars for pickup. Provide excellent customer service that encourages repeat online shopping. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

1. Responsible for selecting and gathering products for online orders with attention to freshness and quality.
2. Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.
3. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and load orders into customers' cars upon pickup.
4. Scan and bag orders following bagging standards.
5. Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup.
6. Meet/exceed customer expectations regarding shopping experience, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
7. Follow all applicable laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines.
8. Receive orders from the Order Selector and store products in appropriate temperature zones.
9. Follow notes and instructions for order accuracy and quality.
10. Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
11. Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.
12. Perform opening and closing procedures as required.
13. Assist in training new team members.
14. Meet or exceed productivity standards.
15. Work cooperatively in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
16. Manage conflicts professionally and cooperatively.
17. Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
18. Follow directions and seek assistance when needed.
19. Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
20. Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.

Qualifications

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently without supervision.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).

Desired Previous Experience:

• Experience as a personal shopper, in warehouse or production environments, stocking, or cashier roles.
