Job Description

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders to cars upon customer arrival. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

• Responsible for selecting and gathering products for online orders with attention to quality and efficiency.
• Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and deliver/load orders to customers' cars.
• Scan and bag orders according to standards.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers during pickup.
• Meet/exceed customer expectations for shopping experience, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Follow safety, legal, and company guidelines.
• Store products properly, ensuring quality and freshness.
• Communicate professionally with customers via portable phone.
• Ensure order accuracy and load orders into customers' cars.
• Provide positive customer service experiences.
• Process orders through the POS system.
• Handle out-of-stock substitutions appropriately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Meet productivity standards and work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage conflicts professionally and act with integrity.
• Follow directions and seek help when needed.
• Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
