Job Description

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars for pickup. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Demonstrate core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

1. Select and gather products for online orders, focusing on efficiency and quality.
2. Initiate and complete order selection processes.
3. Assemble orders, process payments, and deliver orders to customers’ vehicles.
4. Scan and bag items following standards.
5. Communicate substitutions or issues to customers during pickup.
6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas.
7. Follow safety, legal, and company policies.
8. Ensure order accuracy and quality.
9. Respond professionally to customer calls and inquiries.
10. Perform opening and closing procedures.
11. Assist in training new team members.
12. Meet productivity and service standards.
13. Manage conflicts professionally and work under high-paced conditions.
14. Act with honesty and integrity with customer and business information.
15. Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
16. Perform essential functions with or without accommodations.
