Job Description: In-Store Grocery Shopper & Online Pickup Associate

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars during pickup. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

• Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and deliver orders to customers' cars at pickup.
• Follow all bagging standards and ensure order accuracy.
• Communicate substitutions or order exceptions to customers during pickup.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
• Ensure product quality and freshness, storing items in appropriate temperature zones.
• Respond professionally to customer calls and inquiries.
• Follow all safety, legal, and company policies, including food safety procedures.
• Assist in training new team members and meet productivity standards.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as required.
• Manage conflicts calmly and act with honesty and integrity.
• Support interactions with minors, seniors, and individuals with special needs.
