Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars for pickup. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

• Initiate and complete selection of customers' online orders as an In-Store Grocery Shopper.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders for pickup.
• Scan and bag items efficiently while adhering to bagging standards.
• Communicate substitutions or issues to customers during pickup.
• Ensure quality, freshness, and proper storage of products.
• Follow all safety, legal, and company guidelines.
• Accurately retrieve and load customer orders into vehicles.
• Provide a positive shopping experience to encourage customer loyalty.
• Process transactions via POS system and handle out-of-stock substitutions appropriately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.
• Assist in training new team members and meet productivity standards.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally and acting with integrity.
• Support and assist customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and seniors.
• Perform all essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
