Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival for pickup. In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes the selection process for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes coupons and payments, and delivers and loads orders into customers' cars. The role involves scanning and bagging items while following bagging standards, communicating substitutions or exceptions to customers, ensuring order accuracy, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of staging areas.

The associate must adhere to all food safety procedures, local, state, and federal laws, and company policies. Responsibilities also include inspecting equipment, reporting discrepancies, assisting in training new team members, and performing opening and closing procedures. The role requires the ability to work cooperatively in a high-paced environment, manage conflicts professionally, act with honesty and integrity, follow directions, and support vulnerable populations.
