Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, with attention to freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders for customer pickup. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. • Scan and bag items following standards.
• Communicate substitutions or issues to customers at pickup.
• Meet or exceed customer expectations for shopping experience.
• Follow safety, legal, and company policies.
• Store products in appropriate temperature zones.
• Follow instructions and ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
