Job Description

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders to cars at store pickup. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Demonstrate core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for selecting and gathering products for online orders with attention to quality and freshness.
• Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and deliver/load orders to customers' cars.
• Scan and bag orders following standards.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with shopping experience, variety, and cleanliness.
• Follow all safety, legal, and company guidelines.
• Store products in appropriate temperature zones and ensure order accuracy.
• Respond to customer calls professionally.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Meet productivity standards and work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
