Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

1. Initiate and complete selection process for online customer orders.
2. Assemble orders, process payments, and communicate substitutions or issues to customers at pick-up.
3. Follow all bagging standards, ensure order accuracy, and store items in appropriate temperature zones.
4. Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
5. Ensure all items are fresh and of high quality, following safety and legal guidelines.
6. Use portable phones to communicate professionally with customers.
7. Load orders into customers' cars efficiently and accurately.
8. Process orders through the POS system and handle out-of-stock substitutions appropriately.
9. Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.
10. Assist in training new team members and perform opening and closing procedures.
11. Meet productivity standards and work cooperatively in a high-paced environment.
12. Manage conflicts calmly and uphold honesty and integrity.
13. Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
14. Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
