Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

1. Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality.
2. Assemble customers' online orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival for pickup.
3. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping.
4. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
5. Follow all food safety procedures, local, state, and federal laws, and company guidelines.
6. Ensure order accuracy, quality, and freshness of all items.
7. Communicate effectively with customers and team members, including handling substitutions and exceptions.
8. Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
9. Assist in training new team members and support team productivity and cooperation.
10. Perform opening and closing procedures and report equipment or pricing discrepancies.
