Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival for pickup. Key Responsibilities:

1. Initiate and complete the selection process for customers' online orders.
2. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars.
3. Scan and bag orders following standards, communicating any substitutions or issues to customers.
4. Ensure quality, freshness, and accuracy of all items, storing products in appropriate temperature zones.
5. Follow all safety and legal guidelines, including food safety procedures.
6. Communicate professionally with customers via portable phones.
7. Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
8. Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.
9. Assist in training new team members and perform opening/closing procedures.
10. Meet or exceed productivity standards and work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
11. Manage conflicts professionally, acting with honesty and integrity.
12. Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
