Job Description

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, focusing on freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver or load orders into customers' cars for pick-up. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Demonstrate core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for selecting and gathering products for online orders with attention to quality.
• Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and load orders into customers' cars.
• Scan and bag orders following standards.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick-up.
• Meet/exceed customer expectations for shopping experience.
• Follow safety laws, procedures, and company guidelines.
• Store and ensure quality of products in optimal temperature zones.
• Follow instructions and communicate effectively with customers.
• Ensure order accuracy and load orders into cars.
• Process orders through POS system and handle substitutions for out-of-stock items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Achieve productivity standards and work cooperatively in a high-paced environment.
• Manage conflicts professionally and act with integrity.
• Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
• Perform essential job functions with or without accommodations.

Qualifications
