Job description

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver orders to customers' cars for pickup. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

• Responsible for selecting and gathering products for online orders with attention to quality and freshness.
• Initiate and complete the selection process for customer orders.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and load orders into customers' cars at pickup.
• Scan and bag orders following standards, communicate substitutions or issues, and ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
• Follow safety procedures, report discrepancies, and perform opening/closing procedures.
• Assist in training new team members and meet productivity standards.
• Manage conflicts professionally and act with honesty and integrity.
• Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.

Qualifications

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to read shelf tags and perform basic math.

Desired Previous Experience:

• Experience as a personal shopper, in warehousing, stocking, or cashier roles.
