Job Description

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring attention to freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders to cars during pick-up. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Demonstrate core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for selecting and gathering products for online orders with attention to freshness and quality.
2. Initiate and complete the order selection process.
3. Assemble orders, process payments, and deliver/load orders to customers' cars.
4. Scan and bag orders following standards.
5. Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick-up.
6. Meet/exceed customer expectations for shopping experience.
7. Follow all safety, legal, and company guidelines.
8. Store products in appropriate temperature zones.
9. Follow instructions and ensure order accuracy.
10. Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas.
11. Report discrepancies and equipment issues.
12. Assist in training new team members.
13. Perform opening/closing procedures.
14. Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment.
15. Manage conflicts professionally.
16. Act with honesty and integrity.
17. Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and seniors.
18. Perform job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.

Qualifications
